The first pillar is Reveal and reset - Before we touch a single nutrition or training variable, we run a functional lab panel, a complete picture of what your hormonal environment actually looks like right now. Full thyroid, fasting insulin, cortisol rhythm, estrogen and progesterone together. And then we sit down and go through every marker in plain language, so that you leave that first session with a real explanation for what's been happening, not a lecture about trying harder. .Once we determine root causes, we reset lifestyle habits, and improve insulin sensitivity.Every decision we make from that point forward comes directly from your data

RESTORE

The second pillar is Restore. This is where we recover the body, accelerate metabolism, and rebuild energy. Once we know what your hormonal environment looks like, your nutrition and training plan is built directly from that data. Calories and macros set around your actual metabolic rate and stress load. A protein-anchored approach that builds and protects lean muscle, the single most important asset for your metabolism after 40. And on the training side, we remove chronic cardio entirely and replace it with three focused strength sessions per week, progressive, intentional, and designed to build the metabolism you want without flooding your system with more cortisol.

REINFORCE

The third pillar is Reinforce. Restore function and create sustainable long-term results.

This is where our program is genuinely different from anything else you'll find. You have weekly one-on-one coaching with me directly, plus daily text access for real-time guidance when life happens. And our team includes Calvin, who brings his own distinct coaching expertise to every client relationship, which means you have two experienced coaches in your corner, not one. We also have a trained psychotherapist on our team who has personally gone through her own health transformation as our client. She supports the emotional and psychological side of this process, the complicated relationship with food, the all-or-nothing thinking, the patterns that no nutrition plan alone can fix. For the women who have tried other programs and felt like something was always missing, that's usually what was missing.

MASTERS FITNESS TRANSFORMATIONS

This client is 45 , in perimenopause and has Hashimoto’s. She was training hard with a trainer and eating “healthy” but never really saw a change in her body. When we started coaching her, we began with a flush to bring down inflammation, improve her digestion and  insulin sensitivity to manage blood sugars,  then started a recovery phase where she started to actually lose body fat. This process set her body up for the fat loss phase where she was finally able to achieve the changes she wanted. Now she is getting ready for a bikini competition.

This client is in her 60’s, in menopause without hormone replacement. She was eating one meal a day(300 calories)  before starting with us and still not losing weight! Her body was stressed and adapted to this, so anytime she would eat more she would gain weight. We started coaching by resetting her insulin sensitivity so she could process carbs again, then began a recovery phase and she lost almost 30 lbs while increasing calories above 2000!! She finally lost her belly fat and sustained these results because we trained her body to consume enough calories and she didn't feel so restricted.

This client was in her 50s when she started, in menopause without hormone replacement. She was eating 1100 calories daily before starting with us and working out 6 days a week without seeing any changes. When she started coaching we had to begin with resetting her insulin sensitivity, so she was able to process carbs and bring down her inflammation. Next we started the recovery phase of slowly bringing up her calories while increasing her metabolism, this resulted in a 25 lb weight loss.  Then when her body was ready, we started the fat loss phase where she lost another 25 lbs and we have continued to see progress. Now she finally feels better in her bathing suit and got back to paddle boarding and other activities in the water which she absolutely loves.

This client is a client that was starting to see changes in her body that didn't make sense, she was always lean, very active and eats healthy. Suddenly her body was fluffy and no matter what she did she never had the toned look she wanted. We figured out that her body was inflamed. We did a reset to improve her inflammation, improve her insulin sensitivity and set her body up to build muscle and lose body fat. 

This was me, after 40 I had all the symptoms (anxiety, poor sleep, low libido, insulin resistance resulting in fat around my midsection and back, weight loss resistance, brain fog, joint pain) I was lost nothing changed with my diet or training and yet my body was getting worse by the day. I figured out what was going on and researched, found mentors and coaches to help me navigate this madness until eventually I got in the best shape of my life at 51!! Now I use what I learned to be able to help women that are struggling like I was.

This is actually our mindset coach on our team. She lost 100 lbs on her own before starting coaching and was eating 900 calories per day doing hours of cardio to “maintain” her fat loss, until her hair was falling out,she had no energy and her hormones were downregulating. We started and had to recover her body and slowly train it to eat more calories and now she feels amazing, continues to see improvements in her body composition.  

This client began coaching because she was starting perimenopause and felt desperate for change.. She actually started before the holidays because she was tired of hating what she saw in the mirror, she couldn't fit in her clothes and told me she tried everything and nothing worked like it did before.  We looked at her labs, her symptoms and started by educating her with what was happening and how we had to approach fat loss now. We got started and her body responded, she was not perfect but she was consistent and learned what worked best for her body. She finally got to a point where she understood how to maintain the results and now is eating close to 2000 calories eating out with her husband each week and finally feels confident again.
