
This client is 45 , in perimenopause and has Hashimoto’s. She was training hard with a trainer and eating “healthy” but never really saw a change in her body. When we started coaching her, we began with a flush to bring down inflammation, improve her digestion and insulin sensitivity to manage blood sugars, then started a recovery phase where she started to actually lose body fat. This process set her body up for the fat loss phase where she was finally able to achieve the changes she wanted. Now she is getting ready for a bikini competition.



This client is in her 60’s, in menopause without hormone replacement. She was eating one meal a day(300 calories) before starting with us and still not losing weight! Her body was stressed and adapted to this, so anytime she would eat more she would gain weight. We started coaching by resetting her insulin sensitivity so she could process carbs again, then began a recovery phase and she lost almost 30 lbs while increasing calories above 2000!! She finally lost her belly fat and sustained these results because we trained her body to consume enough calories and she didn't feel so restricted.
This client was in her 50s when she started, in menopause without hormone replacement. She was eating 1100 calories daily before starting with us and working out 6 days a week without seeing any changes. When she started coaching we had to begin with resetting her insulin sensitivity, so she was able to process carbs and bring down her inflammation. Next we started the recovery phase of slowly bringing up her calories while increasing her metabolism, this resulted in a 25 lb weight loss. Then when her body was ready, we started the fat loss phase where she lost another 25 lbs and we have continued to see progress. Now she finally feels better in her bathing suit and got back to paddle boarding and other activities in the water which she absolutely loves.


This client is a client that was starting to see changes in her body that didn't make sense, she was always lean, very active and eats healthy. Suddenly her body was fluffy and no matter what she did she never had the toned look she wanted. We figured out that her body was inflamed. We did a reset to improve her inflammation, improve her insulin sensitivity and set her body up to build muscle and lose body fat.
