He specializes in coaching not only fitness competitors, but also individuals seeking to transform their bodies and overcome stubborn weight loss plateaus. His clients include those with PCOS, Hashimoto’s, and other autoimmune disorders, as well as individuals using weight loss medications who want to minimize side effects while achieving optimal results

Brooke Masters -

Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach

She works closely with her clients to create personalized roadmaps for their health to fit their unique body, lifestyle, and goals. She specializes in helping women navigate through peri menopause and post menopause.

AMANDA BECKWITH

MINDSET COACH

Amanda i s a skilled mindset coach, dedicated to assisting her clients on their weight loss journey, working through self sabotage and other behaviors that impact progress. Amanda is not just a

trained psychotherapist but she has experienced her own weight loss journey losing 100 lbs. She has a bachelors degree

in Psychology from Bay Path College and a

masters degree i n Clinical Social Work from the University of New England. She has worked as a therapist in a variety of clinical settings, engaging clients with therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

LOGAN MASTERS

COACH

Logan is a certified personal trainer. He specializes in advanced training techniques. Logan stays up to date on the most effective methods for building muscle. He works with clients to achieve their best physique through nutrition and training.

MICAELA O’GRADY

COACH

Micaela is a NASM Certified Personal trainer and IFBB Professional Bodybuilder. Growing up as a competitive dancer, Micaela came to realize her true passion was in the fitness industry. She has been competing in the NPC and IFBB Professional League for 4 years and in November 2020, was awarded her IFBB Pro Card in the Wellness Division. As Micaela continued her career as an IFBB Pro, she knew she wanted to make a career out of doing what she loved, and since, became a coach under the Masters Fitness team working with both lifestyle and competitive athletes. She is highly motivated, goal- oriented and passionate about changing peoples’ lives.

MEGAN BOWLDING

COACH

Megan, a mother of three boys and a registered nurse, initially joined us as a client. Over time, she advanced in her journey to the extent that she confidently took to the stage for competition. Megan now leverages her knowledge to assist other busy moms in prioritizing self-care, educating them on the significance of nutrition for their well-being, and empowering them to reach their goals. She uses her medical background to help clients suffering from cardiac issues or diabetes to create sustainable lifestyle habits to improve their health.

WHITNEY UNDERWOOD

COACH

Whitney is a certified personal trainer and a certified prenatal and postpartum exercise specialist. She is a mom of two and specializes in guiding women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond to achieve their fitness and nutrition goals. Whitney has developed a pelvic floor program specifically designed to heal the pelvic floor and core muscles, properly strengthen those muscle groups, and help you heal post-partum symptoms.

David is a certified personal trainer and NPC national level men's physique competitor. He is dedicated to helping men achieve their optimal physique through tailored training and nutrition strategies.
